We may collect the following types of personal data:

• Contact informationName, email address and phone number that you provide through our contact form.
• Booking informationInformation you provide when booking trial sessions or memberships through Mana (getmana.app), such as name, contact details and booking history.
• Chat conversationsMessages you send in the chat on our website. We keep the conversation for 90 days. If you leave your name, phone or email in the chat, they are passed on to our team so we can contact you.
• Job applicationsInformation you provide when applying for a job with us: contact details, CV, any certificates and a short introduction video. The information is used only in the recruitment process and is deleted once the recruitment round is closed.
• Ad dataIf you reach us through an ad on Facebook, Instagram or Google, we store the ad's click ID in a cookie for 90 days. We use it to see which ads lead to bookings and enquiries.
• Technical dataVisitor statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, device and browser. The service uses no cookies and stores no personal data.

We use your personal data to:

• Manage bookings and memberships
• Respond to inquiries via contact form and chat
• Improve our website and services
• Send relevant information about your bookings
• Measure which ads lead to bookings and enquiries

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with services necessary to deliver our services (see Third-Party Providers below).

Our website uses the following services for analytics and tracking:

• Google Tag Manager (GTM-5JFS85X4)Used to manage tracking scripts on the website. GTM itself does not store cookies but may load services that do.
• Meta PixelLoaded through Google Tag Manager. Measures visits and clicks on booking links from ads on Facebook and Instagram. Sets the _fbp cookie, kept for 90 days.
• Ad clicks (_fbc and l37_attr)Set only when you arrive from an ad. Stores the ad's click ID for 90 days so a later booking or enquiry can be linked to the ad.
• Cloudflare Web AnalyticsVisitor statistics without cookies and without personal data.
• The chatStores a session ID in your browser for 30 minutes so the conversation is still there when you change page.

You can manage cookies at any time through your browser settings.

We use the following third-party providers that may process personal data:

• Mana (getmana.app)Booking system for trial sessions and memberships. Mana processes your booking and contact information according to their own terms.
• AnthropicGenerates the chat's answers. Messages are sent to Anthropic to create the answer and are not used to train their models.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)Receives visit and booking events for ad measurement, with IP address and browser. When you submit a form or ask the chat to connect you with our team, your email, phone and name are also sent in hashed form.
• Google AdsReceives the ad's click ID when an ad has led to a booking click or an enquiry. No contact details are sent to Google.
• Google Tag ManagerTag management for website analytics.
• CloudflareHosts the website, the visitor statistics and the storage of chat conversations.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of accessYou can request to know what personal data we hold about you.

• Right to erasureYou can request that we delete your personal data.
