Together with a personal trainer, you go through your goals and any previous injuries.

You borrow clothing designed for EMS training.

We can measure muscle mass and body fat so you can easily track your progress.

Your first session (20 min)

You train together with a personal trainer.

After the session

After your session we provide towels and hygiene products, so you never need to bring anything.

We recommend that you:

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat a proper meal within the next few hours for optimal recovery.

Good to know

It's important that you feel healthy before your visit since the training is high-intensity. We advise against training during infections, colds, exhaustion or similar temporary conditions.

Training is always adapted to your goals and abilities, both in terms of exercises and impulse intensity. If you have no previous training experience, EMS can be a perfect starting point — it's effective, easy on the joints, and reduces the risk of overexertion.

You can buy 1 or 3 trial sessions at half the price of a regular training session.
